FOR ESTABLISHED UK BUSINESSES

I’ll build your
first automation.
Free.

Show me one repetitive job your team keeps doing. I’ll build and test an automation to take it off their plate, so you can become more efficient without the extra headcount.

Less doing everything.
More running your business.

One example: order capture. Your first automation starts with the work that matters in your business.

Built by the person
you’ll actually work with.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

“It only takes
five minutes.”
So why is it still waiting?

The enquiry still needs a reply. The invoice still needs sending. Someone is copying the same details into another system. Each job looks small, but together they take attention away from customers, sales and running the business.

THE TIME OBJECTION

“It’s quicker to
do it myself.”

Once, perhaps. But how often do you do it? And who picks it up when you’re busy or away?

THE STAFF OBJECTION

“I already pay
someone for that.”

Exactly. What else could they get done if they weren’t retyping orders, chasing updates and remembering every next step?

THE VALUE OBJECTION

“I don’t need to
pay for that.”

If it’s rare and reliably done, you may be right. We start where repeated work, missed steps or delays make an improvement worthwhile.

Two minutes to send.
Two days in the queue.

That’s the gap we look for: work that should move, but keeps waiting for someone to find the time.

A USEFUL FIRST WIN. NOT A BIG LEAP.

Start with the work
that costs you.

One agreed workflow.
Built and tested. No build fee.
No ongoing plan required.

You don’t need to know which software to buy or have your whole business mapped out. We find one repeated job worth taking off your team’s plate, agree what a useful result looks like, and I build it.

01

Spend less on repeat work.

Stop entering the same details twice, gathering the same figures by hand or sending the same updates. Put that paid time to better use.

02

Follow through on opportunities.

Reply to enquiries, prompt the next follow-up and keep invoices moving. Fewer useful actions waiting for someone to remember.

03

Keep control as work grows.

See what’s waiting, what’s done and what needs your say. Build useful checks into the work so every next step doesn’t depend on you.

These are possible starting points, not a bundle. The free build covers one agreed workflow for selected businesses. Extra workflows are optional and quoted separately. Any software costs need your approval.

YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT

“Could you automate
that?”

Probably more than you think.
Pick a few ideas that sound useful.
We’ll work out what fits your business.

Pick any that catch your eye. You can choose more than one.

Starting points, not off-the-shelf promises. We check your systems, approvals and process before agreeing the build.

ONE FIRST JOB. THEN MONTHS OF IMPROVEMENT.

From midnight
orders.
To time
away.

Explore the system we built ↗

Val cared about fast service.
It was costing her late nights.

THE START

Orders copied from emails into a CRM. Mistakes, missed entries and a team keeping it all moving.

THE FIRST WIN

We automated order capture. When a part-time employee left, Val chose to keep improving the automation instead of recruiting a replacement.

THE JOURNEY

Council requests. Response tracking. Document filing. Then a separately agreed platform build, shaped around the work.

↗

Now, Val can step away.
The system brings the exceptions to her.

A case study shared by Fahim. The changes developed over months, with Val’s involvement and specialist subcontractors supporting delivery.

The timeline +
  1. August–September 2025 Discovery and initial automation.
  2. November 2025 A departing part-time employee wasn’t replaced.
  3. February–March 2026 The new platform launched and customer migration began.
  4. Summer 2026 onwards More time for holidays and family, while monitoring exceptions.

ONE USEFUL JOB. BUILT WITH YOU.

Show me the work.
I’ll handle the build.

No technical brief needed.
Start with one real example.

01

Check the fit.

Answer six quick questions and leave your details. I’ll review the task, your tools and whether a small first build can make a useful difference.

02

Agree the first win.

If it fits, we agree one workflow, a delivery date and how to test it. Any software costs and your involvement are clear before we start.

03

Use it in your business.

I build and test it with you and explain what needs a human check. We agree any ongoing use and handover before starting. Further work is entirely your choice.

THE OBVIOUS QUESTION

Why would
I build it
for free?

The quickest way to show you what I can do is to build something useful for your business.

Some businesses will want more afterwards. If you do, I’ll quote it. You don’t have to continue.

No build fee. No required monthly plan.

I select projects that fit a small, useful first build and my available capacity. Applying doesn’t reserve a place. If it doesn’t fit, I’ll explain why. You choose whether to consider any paid alternative.

With Val, the first job was capturing emailed orders in the system she already used. Council requests, response tracking and document filing followed. The larger platform was a separate decision, made after we had worked on the day-to-day tasks.

That’s how I approach your business too. You know the work. I build and test the improvement with you. We start with a useful first job, then decide what comes next.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

What exactly is free?+

My work to scope, build and test one agreed automation for a selected business, plus a walkthrough and run guide. It isn’t a full platform or unlimited development. The application helps me check whether a useful first workflow fits.

Will there be software costs?+

There may be charges for software, hosting or usage. We start with your existing tools where possible. I explain any additional costs and get your approval before work starts. Free means no build fee, rather than a promise that every external service is free.

What’s the catch?+

I want you to experience how I work on something useful. If you want more afterwards, I’ll quote it. There is no required monthly plan, paid follow-on project or testimonial.

Does everyone get a free build?+

No. I review the task, tools, expected usefulness and available capacity. This is for established UK businesses with recurring work, rather than new app ideas or whole-system builds. If it isn’t a fit, I’ll explain why. You choose whether to explore any separately priced alternative.

How long will it take?+

The check takes about 60 seconds. For selected projects, we agree a delivery date once I’ve seen the task, tools and access needed. I won’t promise a build time before checking what is involved.

How much of my time does it need?+

Start with one real example. You or a colleague helps explain the task, arrange access and test the result. I handle the build and agree the involvement with you before starting.

What if something goes wrong?+

We agree the supported cases, test with your examples and decide which actions need human approval before going live. Exceptions should be visible. We also agree the included fault correction, support and handover arrangements before starting.

What happens after the first build?+

There is no commitment to further work. Before starting, we agree how the first version will be evaluated, whether ongoing use or handover is included, and what happens if we decide not to continue. Ownership, account control, third-party licences and running costs are made clear in that agreement; a free first build does not automatically transfer ownership or guarantee ongoing access.

Will you guarantee a cash saving?+

No fixed financial result is promised. We choose a worthwhile task and agree how to judge the improvement. Time released can give your team more capacity; a cash saving depends on an actual reduction in spending.
